I lost my man, from about six months Star of Voice of India Competition was going on Star Plus. After so many rounds, ins and outs only two singers left for the fight in the grand finale. Is Shah Rukh Khan promoting Om Shanti Om during Cricket?

Some people move with the news following them. I wrote a couple days back that bollywood is using Television reality shows as a medium of prompting their movies. Now today some one from BCCI pointed out that shah Rukh khan is using cricket match as a medium of promoting his movie Om Shanti Om. I don’t think so, He just visit the stadium with Deepika Padukon, lead actress of Om Shanti Om spend a pretty good time over there, enjoy the game of cricket with his son and thats all.

Now would you please come up and tell me where the question of promoting Om Shanti Om arises in this act. Do you think Shah Rukh make you convince to go and watch his movie by visiting that Cricket match.

It seems BCCI has gone insane and want to earn some more money with bollywood movie producers and star that are visiting and watching cricket match.

John Abraham playing the role of a women

Its a new platform founded by Indian movie makers and yes off course very strong enough to convey thier message as what they have in store for you. Television in India is become a new medium for film promotion. Its all begin with Zee Television hit talent hunt show SAREGAMAPA and now turned on to every single reality show around.

At present reality shows which are making big noise for bollywood movies are SAREGAMAPA, Star Voice of India, Nach Baliye and Jhalak Dikhla Ja. Bollywood biggies like shah Rukh Khan, Sajay Leela Bhansali, Sanjay Gupta Sajid Khan, Akshay Kumar and John Abraham seen recently on television promoting their latest release. Some of the big movies which were promoted on these reality shows were Om Shanti Om and Saawariya. These two flicks were also the subject of big fight that was going on various news channels last week.

This new trend of promoting movies thru television reality shows is good for audience as they can have a little bit of taste of what they have been served. I enjoy watching these favorites of mine shaking their leg and kamar on television.

This weekend Goa team was around. Am very keen to know how you like John playing the role of a woman dressed in dupatta dancing on the set of Nach Baliye.

There is something real in all of us

After blogging on google’s blogger for sometime i move to start blogging with Wordpress on my own domain name from a couple of week back. Few plugins need to be installed. Neil Duckett who is been so kind since the beginning of the show and never forget to visit SBDC everyday remind me to change permalink from default Ugly page numbers to post name, well am working on this hack and soon it will be On Neil. The other plugin which I was missing on my post was of uploading video. Its working now. This is called Video Quicktags provided by viper007Bond. Its very handy and very easy to install. All you have to do is to download this video upload plugin from HERE

Extract all files from the ZIP file, making sure to keep the file structure intact, and then upload it to /wp-content/plugins/ via FTP and then log in to your admin penal you will see a new plugin Video Quicktags which is to be activated and yes there you are, this plugin will add few new buttons to your write post page. You are ready to upload video from following sites: YouTube , Google Video, Stage6, IFILM, Metacafe , MySpace, Vimeo.

Ok now enough of Viper and his Video Quicktags, the thing is that after installing it on my Wordpress I was looking for some nice video to upload.

Here it is, I found this video of Cadbury India Commercial on YouTube, and it was a big hit in India when first appeared on Indian television in 1989. This led me a nostalgic journey to my good old school days. Some of guys lived up their youthfulness in late eighties would definitely thank me cause its a very rare piece of memory which I steal from the time machine of YouTube.

Nerves Nineties Continues Sachin again missed his 100

You remember Babli from the movie Banti and Babli. The character was played by leading bollywood actress Rani Mukharji. In the movie Banti and Babli she team up with her boyfriend Banti and fooled a business tycoon by selling him Taj Mahal. I got a request from one of my admirer that she wants to say something through by blog. It took nearly one month to decide whether I should publish or not because what she says may mess up some of you guys feelings out there. Am bringing in here extract of what she wants to shout about.

Have you ever got a chance to sing on that microphone which he carries while singing on SVOI, you can sing better then few of these guys.Am not saying that you should vote for Harshit, but you don’t have any choice infect.It’s just a matter of regional voting only.

Star Voice of India; Toshi is kick out : Harshit, Abhaas & Ishmit left on a wrecked ship.

Indian Audience kicks out one of the strong contender of Star Voice of India (SVOI). Remaining three contestants are good for nothing. It becomes a Mohhalla competition now; these three half talented, half boiled egg Harshit, Abhaas and Ishmit can’t do any wonder for the show. The show once a big hit is now a hopeless patient, who could die any day. This is not the only biggest debacle happened, Krishna & Kashmira the greatest Jodi of Nach Baliye is also out of the competition. India is doing this up and down thru SMS voting. Many people raising this question whether the final decision of the winner should be decided by the voting or by eminent judge of the show. The winner of SAREGAMAPA was also a surprise as everyone was wishing to see Raja Hasan at the top.
