Gauri Khan Vogue India Cover Girl

Its time now for Gauri Khan to hit the news stand after Hubby Shah Rukh Khan. Vogue India January 2008 issue will feature Gauri Khan on its cover.
After a cameo in Om Shanti Om this is Gauri’s second eye contact with the public. I personally like Shah Rukh Kahn a lot; in fact he is my favorite, but I can’t comment on Gauri being appearing as cover girl for Vogue. She has cleared the air stating that she is not doing it as profession and she wouldn’t be doing it often in future but yes this issue will certainly create a name and wave for vogue in India. Am very keen to know how you feel about it.

hi,
I disagree with all those who fail to understand diginity and persona of Gauri Khan. When its easy for a person like SRK to choose any girl he wishes for, there must be something very strong and positive about Gauri which still makes him to be with her that too with all due respect and loyalty.

I really advise you into looking into other brands of foundation. esp at a store like Sephora or MAC or at dept store booths. This is something that youre applying all over your skin (daily for most women) and you’ve got to ensure the products youre using on your skin won’t hurt it. You don’t want to look 40 when youre 30 etc. Unfourtunately they have yet to make great drugstore brands without bismuth. Drugstore based foundations all contain bismuth which is like a chalky substance and will make your face look like a mask of makeup.

I think since you want to and it’s your life and choice you should wear something a little exposing but nothing too indecent either. This way you everyone’s happy. But I personally feel us south Asian women also look good in our traditional clothes.

To tell you truth you generalize American women it really depends on the girl, they are all different, and have different tastes.
