People of city beautiful Chandigarh now added a new SOP (standard of procedure as you know it) to begin a bright shining cheerful day in the morning. A group of my friends explain their morning routine.
We all prepares our self in the morning and proceed to our respective spots from where our company vehicle picked up and after a long one and half hour journey we reach to our daily destination. The unique thing about this journey is that everyone’s ear is plugged with mobile phone FM radio and another unique thing is that everyone is tuned to one frequency band and listening to this very Sweet, Soothing and ˜inspiring voice of Radio Jockey Khushi and enjoying her morning show salaam Chandigarh.
Enthuse with this I catched her morning show from a month now and find that she really has this incredible talent to make your morning truly special. People love to call on her morning show. FM radio is among few best things happened to this city in recent times and these Radio Jockeys are really making their way straight into the heart of the people.
I talked to Khushi and try to get some more about this new sensational RJ. Here is the short interview with her.
Have you ever dreamed that you will be On Air and playing the music of your choice?
[...] Yea, I always wanted to be On Air when I first interned with Red FM. My interest was always towards Media, thus I opted for Mass Communication at Post Graduation level.
When did you actually realize that now, radio jockey-ing is the thing you wanna do in life
When I first sat in front of that Big Console of my studio and when went On Air for the first time, 19/feb/07.
How is the experience so far?
No job can be better than being a Radio Jockey. You get to be ˜Just Yourself” and also listen to some great music all through your working hours.
How much this “New Job” has changed your life and prospect of considering people with a different view?
This job has brought a New Life to my life.. 
. It brings me close to people and also explore my potentials.
Starting a day with hosting a morning show on radio, how dose it make a different with other shows.
Morning show also called the Breakfast Show is the most important show of the station as it starts the day of the station as well as of its listeners. If you can get your audience hooked in the morning show you have them for the whole day (thats what they say in Radio). That makes my job the most responsible as I set in the mood for the whole day. I CANNOT afford to take it lightly. + waking up early morning has changed my whole schedule and the way I used to work before this.

Nikhil Chinappa. (MTV VJ)
For you – what is the real “Khushi” in life?
I don’t crave for being happy all the time, thats not quite possible + we only realize the importance of what good we have in life only when we don’t have it. For me happiness, the real Khushi is living Here and Now.
If not a Radio Jockey, you would like to be?
Nothing less he he.. a VJ!
Your personal favorite song and music director, who is most promising and potential among all new singers.
It has to be A.R. Rehmaan when it comes to the Music Directors, He is just outstanding! Among new singers I am in love with Mithoon post Awaarapan.
