Where You Can Find Free Photos for Your Blogs?

They says a picture speaks a thousand words. So if you add a picture to your blog post its message get clearer and effective. I always try and put some pictures with my saying in my blog, definitely you will also love to do that but question is where you can find such pictures which are free for use and unwrapped from all legal strings attached? Certainly you don’t want yourself to get involve into copyright things so I Googled and searched the internet to make a list of some useful site where you can get needed pictures for your blogs. But one sincere advice, please check thoroughly about the usage rights before using any image on your blog.
Flickr is the most used source picture but not all the images on Flickr are free to use on your blog. You can use only those images which are placed under common creative license. You can search for such images HERE. Interestingly is one WordPress Plug that can import images directly from Flickr to your WordPress WYSIWYG editor.
This is the second reliable source from where I love to import images that you can see around here. There are 350000 quality pictures to choose from, but not all for free, you can use those pictures that are royalty free. You must also credit the photographer as per condition for use of images.
They offer free images for personal and commercial use. You may download and use their images on your web site, print ads, brochures or any end products. To maintain your right to use these images, you will need to display the copyright information “AarinFreePhoto.com” or “images courtesy of AarinFreePhoto.com” wherever any of these free images are being used, regardless of medium. The copyright information will need to be legible. If these images are in use on a website, a link to our AarinFreePhoto.com is required.
Its a collection of some really beautiful images by David Limblack. You can use the images for whatever you want, personal, commercial or non-profit use for free.
If you want to use these images: Go ahead. I’ve placed most of them in the public domain. Which means you can use them for any purpose you want, including publishing them, selling them, integrating them into your own work, etc. However While most of them are public domain, a few aren’t. Be sure to read the license under each of the enlarged pictures. If you have any questions, please ask. And if you plan on using something here commercially, please use some due diligence.
This is also a good FREE image site. Search, download, and use images for FREE, without registration.
Hope the above list will serve the purpose and help you finding that picture perfect for your blog post.

It’s inspiring to see those real photos from the websites you mentioned, especially at the PD Photo. I may use one from that site.
