I have adjusted in Discussion Admin penal – For users without a custom avatar of their own show Gravatar Default Logo – But this is not working. Its a known bug – WordPress is fixing this bug in next release. http://trac.mu.wordpress.org/ticket/703
A lot of theme producers are currently pissing off customers with this.
