I watched the presentation, the video shows good tips to improve our site, above all in the eyes of Big G. Thats good to know if we want some of their traffic.

I did follow those basic steps (last summer) like submitting my site and creating a sitemap on Google Webmaster Tools. But look what I got, my PR3 has been decreased to PR2. Get to watch that video and see if I missed something though.
