It looks cool to me, but even I haven’t tried my hands on 7 heavens yet. Beta Download still available for download for next few days. If you are downloading it from India you can download 32-bit version in Hindi language.
Minimum recommended specs call for:
- 1 GHz 32-bit or 64-bit processor
- 1 GB of system memory
- 16 GB of available disk space
- Support for DirectX 9 graphics with 128 MB memory
Some of the cool features that Windows Seven has:
The New Taskbar: Application icons can be “docked” in this taskbar. You can drag-and-drop application icons to this area for one-click access besides running apps that will appear on taskbar as well.
Jump Lists is a new feature that groups related tasks surrounding an application.
Your Windows Sidebar Gadgets can now be placed anywhere, not just on the sidebar
But eagerly waiting for that Touch Screen experience,
share some more cool features that you like in comment below.

I’m using it at the moment on a daily basis
Much better than Vista and even in its Beta, it’s fairly stable and fast!

In a way, it is a new OS. It’s more like Vista being ramped up. Think of it as Windows 98 vs Windows 95
(or Windows XP vs Windows ME)

I never had any problems with Vista. The worse operating system I’ve ever used was ME. Had they pushed that OS, Mac would hold way more than the 7% of the market.
