Because someone had shown the “Spam Bin” way to my comment on his/her blog, Akismet consider me as bad guy and throwing all the comments I made thereafter on my favorite blogs.
I’m still trapped in Akismet Spam list; I don’t want to use any other e-mail ID or URL for my comments and off course I never tried to sell all those medicines and sites, never ever.
If this is the only criteria for Akismet to identify and mark Spammers then I must say
I HATE AKISMET.

You can always Email the Akismet team to mark you as a non spammer.
there is good and bad of having akismet, some of my blogs have not active it yet.
Shanker, in this case, you should email the Akimset team, as I’ve also encountered the same problem with my wordpress’s blog a few months ago. For overcome the hassle, I’ve tried to contact the Akimset team and explain it. In the end, they accepted the explanation and the problem is finally solved!
Should email the Akimset team for the further information asset.
I have been caught in Akismet many times before. Once, someone marked my comment as spam when I complained that his article was a copy of mine and bang, for 2 weeks, many blogs did not publish comments from me.
Its sad. I have seen many bloggers facing similar problem.
Try sending a email to Akismet team.
I wonder is they will respond! Most of the cases go unheard!
Akismet is a real pain!!!.
