Hello Shanker Bakshi, great article as ever. We have recently tried installing more SEO friendly themes across our blogs.
This is off topic, but you were the first person I got reminded of that I can ask, given all the help that you gave me when one of my articles was stolen by a multiply user.

Thesis theme is real awesome and good for every blogger to have for their blog theme without any worry of on-site SEO as the theme is BEST coded for SEO
the only thing is that the theme is a paid one, not many newbies would afford to have it but i would recommend newbies to have thesis to make their optimization much better.
