Meet the Cheat Crazy Blogger -Part 1

The other morning I got this email from one of my blog reader Leif Cage stating that someone had stolen one of my blog posts. Well this is something you don’t want to read in the morning, but I know it happens, a bad start to the day.
Some grubby useless fellow always wants to make a living without dusting their butt; they want everything without doing anything. I asked this filthy guy to remove the post immediately from his blog but to my surprise till today I didn’t get any reply from him to my humble request and that very post is still his on his blog, maybe he want me to write this post about him so that he can gain some cheap popularity and backlink from my blog.
Leif Cage told me in another mail that the same guy has stolen more than 40 blog posts from his blog, I mean that ridiculous. It seems this shameful guy with malicious intent is running his blog only on stuff stolen from various resources. Please check up whether this dishonorable guy has lifted any of your post too.
Now as he refused to reply I am taking some serious steps against him.
AdSense Policy Violation
This guy is using Google AdSense on his blog, as per AdSense Program if someone involve in publishing of Hacking/cracking content on their sites or publish posts on which someone else has legal rights then it’s a straight violation of AdSense policy and their Google AdSense account could be cancelled. It is Google’s policy to respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement.
Affiliate Network Violation
The same policy usually adopted by all leading affiliate networks, they don’t want their affiliate products to appear on a site which built entirely on infringe content material.
Contacting Web Host
This site is hosted on a Delhi based web hosting service provider eWebGuru.com . Here are the other whois details regarding ownership of that blog. This is the major rescue as it will not only save me from getting my original post removed from that blog rather it will shut down the entire site. No web Hosting service provider wants their user to earn bad name from them.

UPDATE : His Web Host eWebGuru.net finally decided to Suspand his Account . CRAZYBLOGGER[dot]NET is a history now.

Serves him right. I like to see justice being done, and fraudsters exposed for that what they are! The sad thing is, for every clown being named and shamed, there is 100’s that get away with theft (there is no other word for it)

I just learned to get a long with it. I mean its just hard because they are powered by automated scripts so basically you’re contacting no one.
Also, some of the web host that these bloggers use are the ones who fly under the radar. These are webhosts that dont function like normal web hosts, meaning they tolerate everything. I had an experience like this a year ago where I really chased the site and to no avail. Right now probably there are 2-3 blogs copying each and every of my content and I just dont mind them

You do check the mention website below and check them on ads spy all have same adsense pub….I am not giving pub in open…. sankar if you want it i will give you..with the screem shot of all three website..

uhmm…duplicate content only works on your site right? so if a duplicate content is found on the other site, they can’t be banned or so.
I don’t know if it’s true…but this is a bad news for you

If duplicate content is found on the internet, whether it be on different pages on your website, or pages on another website, then it gets investigated. Invariably the page that was first found containing the duplicated content by the search engine spiders will be accorded the credit for the information, while the other pages get discredited by the algorithms.

Dont worry shankar bhakshi. Google will deindex all copied articles.. You just need to complain google about this issue.They will take such problems very seriously.

You should visit Gabe’s blog & reply to that guy/gal’s comments. & Don’t forget to write to adsense because other sites by him/her should also be banned from adsense.

Well, we should think about one thing, when a web hosting company is signing up with a new hosting account, the phone verification and n number of other verifications are done for security reasons. When i reported abuse to ewebguru.com, there was no reply from there side. After waiting for some more days, i resent the abuse mail, marking cc to the owner of the company whose name is Ashok Arora but still there is no reply.

I had someone steel my post as it is and published once. I just dealt with him directly and he removed the same
But if somebody is RSS scraping, it’s not very easy to get rid of the same…

It is really a great thought with a Its always very important to familiarize or even memorize the racing map most especially when you have master all the shortcuts. Having this in mind will always be an advantage for you but if your opponent have much better speed and have memorize the map very well too then this will be hard for you eventhough you have perfectly run the circuit.

He removed his adsense for now..He is running 24 blogs. 18 years old and think adsense is easiest way to make money. and we are idiots. Not one or two. I know many of them……
Why do not you check on adspy…with his pub id..and warn him directly..he copied from amitbhawani and many of them…his few blogs

Shankar i suggest you to contact him directly and teach him a lesson…if once adsense team take any action…he will never be able to get account approved easily…
Also, i know the guys and team from ewebguru..these people are decent..and if they don’t take action..i will give many many web hosting real examples of online plagiarism…and they need to take action…

Yeah, the truth is that everyone that wants to earn some money from blogging need to work a lot and a long time. There are no easy money here, and splendid ideas are not poping out of head. Even if someone got this great idea he need to know how to make it happen – and here we are back to the main plot – the hard work. This was a crap i tell you. I got some of his adsense accounts suspended and the one who was pretending that he is not the one who has stolen the contents where we taught that the blogger has also stolen some once identity but when i mailed him and told him that i have got that guys cell phone number and from that i will shortly get the address as well, but my guess was correct as because of some reasons i thought he was lying. he did not responded to my email. His number is 99******80. Thanks for the support friends. I think we must do something that can come up with a good solution for such problem. I do installed some plugin so the content is copy protected now and if it is copied, i am notified.

Just an FYI if you are using wordpress then you can use a plugin called wp-copy protect which will disable rigt click. It does not prevent all comment theft but it does help.
