Big News Picnik has been acquired by big Daddy Google but what the hell Picnik is? ask them and they will say “Picnik is photo editing awesomeness, online, in your browser. It’s the easiest way on the Web to fix underexposed photos, remove red-eye, or apply effects to your photos.”

a picture speaks thousand words, many time to illustrate a thing you need a insert a picture in your blog post , but if you are not good at Photoshop or any other picture editor then picnik is there for you. Its a sort of online picture editor which can convert your ordinary looking image to a high resolution professional photograph.

After you are done with editing you can directly share it with your friends at Twitter, FaceBook, My Space and other social media sites right from picnik editing panel they have got amazing Edit tools that can fix just about anything that could possibly go wrong with a photograph. Lacking photo-editing prowess? A bunch of editing tools are one-click fixes, including auto- fix, exposure, colors, and red-eye. And the others, like rotate, crop, resize, and sharpening, can be controlled with easy-to-use sliders.
Move over to the Create tab and you’ll see our custom-made Effects (most of which have the ability to be painted into just the areas of your image where you want them), an awesome text tool with dozens of fonts, dozens of shapes, including seasonal shapes for holidays and events, and some super customizable frames. Not to mention the touch up tools and new Advanced Editing tools.
Before writing this post i have worked on my son Aditya’s picture to see how it works. Well most of the features are available for premium members but there are so much you can do it with picnik for FREE!!!.

Google Goggles : Taking Search to The Next Level

Those who thinks that all has been done with Google Search must see this video. Google has taken its search technology to the next level where they will give you desired results just on the click of your Android phone application Google Goggles.

Google Goggles lets you use pictures taken with your mobile phone to search the web. It’s ideal for things that aren’t easy to describe in words. There’s no need to type or speak your query – all you have to do is open the app, snap a picture, and wait for your search results. Google Goggles works better with certain types of queries. Try taking pictures of books & DVDs, landmarks, logos, contact info, artwork, businesses, products, barcodes, or text. Currently, it’s not so good when taking pictures of animals, plants, cars, furniture, or apparel.

Its a superb visual search application for Android phones. Instead of using words, take a picture of an object with your camera phone: Goggles will attempt to recognize the object, and return relevant search results. Goggles also provides information about businesses near you by displaying their names directly in the camera preview.

See and ENJOY following Video explaining what you can do with Google Goggles:

Google Mass Banned Adwords Accounts

Google is behaving like a dog that is spitting  in his own bowl.

How about biting a hand which feeds you? Recently Google axe on several Google AdWord accounts. That’s too without explaining advertiser as why their AdWord Accounts has been banned. Just a simple email telling them that they have been dumped by Big Daddy Google. Surprisingly some of them were spending millions of dollars a year for promoting their own products.

This insane act of Google is out of my mind, few days back they also disabled thousands of Google AdSense accounts without digging into about the actual circumstances.

This is truly not a good gift for webmasters in this freezing cool holiday season.

My friend’s Google AdSense account got banned by Google. The fact is that some foolish guy was clicking on his blog like a crazy dog, by the time he notice it Google wipe off everything leaving a message on a plain white AdSense account page stating:

Your AdSense account for this login is currently disabled. We recommend checking your email inboxes for any messages we may have sent you regarding your account status. Sometimes our messages can be caught by email filters, so please be sure to check the Bulk/Spam folders of your email accounts as well.

This is ridicules; they must dig into past history before doing this. Appealing against such ban is totally a time waste as I have never heard about someone AdSense account reinstated by Google.

If you want to take revenge from someone just start clicking their AdSense Ads, Google will soon disable that account, see it’s as simple as that, pathetic.

Its seems Google is finding it difficult to manage its business, or want to rule online world wide web as a bully.

What say, why Google is doing so?
