This guy Jremey Schoemaker worked his butt off night and day and become what he dreamed. I solute his ability to become overnight online business’s super hero but that dose not mean that I am a big fan of Jeremy. He co-founded couple of companies [AuctionAd, Elite Retreat ] and have his very own ShoeMoney Media Group (SMG) and make huge money with his first venture which was a ringtone community company- Next Pimp. If you Google him for his face you will find [THIS PICTURE] showing off a check worth $132,994.97 for his Google AdSense earning of one month. actually he is among few people whom i followed when i started my blogging in 2007.

Jeremy is a busy businessman, may be he will be receiving so many such request everyday, may be. but he should not admin a system for which he haven’t enough time to see how the things are going on.

There are three Price models in Affiliate Marketing:

Basically affiliate commission is based as percentage of sales amount. Eighty percent of affiliate programs work on this basis. Nineteen percent use cost per action, and the remaining programs use other methods such as cost per click. Here are the different price Models used by merchants for payment to affiliates.

1. Pay Per Sale (PPS) Affiliates get paid every time a sale is made an amount as a percentage on sale, or commission, is deposited into the affiliate’s account.

1. Pay Per Action (PPA) also known as Cost Per Action (CPA) is where the advertiser pays to affiliate for each pre-specified action. It can be a purchase, a form submission, email submission or any other action desired by the advertisement.

1. Pay Per Click (PPC): Advertisers pay their affiliates when their ad is clicked. With search engines, affiliates typically bid on keyword phrases relevant to their target market. Cost Per Click (CPC) is the amount of money an advertiser pays search engines and other Internet publishers for a single click on advertisement that brings one visitor to its website.

Now try to illustrate affiliate marketing with the help of an image:

In the above picture you can see a customer land on a webpage of an affiliate, affiliate then try to send visitor to the merchant’s website through various affiliate links, product reviews or banners related to merchant’s products, if visitor follow any of those links and buy product/services affiliate gets commission as compensation.

E-mail Marketing

In fact you do not always need a website or blog to promote affiliate products. Most of the super affiliates use e-mail as marketing tool for sending bulk mails for promoting affiliate products. Aweber, MailChimp and Prosender are some of e-mail Email Marketing Campaign sites.

Affiliate Networks

Now the big question is where you can find affiliate products to promote through your website, blog or e-mail marketing. Well for this you need to register yourself with some affiliate network, an affiliate network acts as an intermediary between affiliates and merchant affiliate programs. It allows website publishers to more easily find and participate in affiliate programs which are suitable for their website.

How To Integrate Google Custom Search into WordPress Blog and Make Money?

Google custom search can be use as a money making tool if you know how to fix it properly with the soul of your WordPress blog theme. I must say that the default WordPress search engine barely serve the purpose, So I am giving you here a heck to replace that search engine with the Google Custom Search and also make some when your users search a quarry and click ads placed on Google Search Results page.

Now let me explain how you can do this in seven small and easy steps:

STEP 1

Sign up for your Google AdSense Account if you haven’t registered yet here https://www.google.com/adsense/ . If you are using AdSense ads on your site the you can head over to google custom search via Google AdSense > AdSense Setup > AdSense for Search.

STEP 2

Fill in the necessary parameters like Search Type: whether you want your  users to search your site only, or a collection of sites, or the entire web. If you want users to search your sites then specify it in the given box with complete URL of a site or list of sites to search across. These can be individual pages, parts of sites, or entire sites.

STEP 3

After that choose search Box options, this is where you specify the look and the feel of your search box. You can shape your Google Custom Search Box.

STEP 4

Now this is the step which will integrate google custom search into your WordPress self hosted blog, so please read it carefully.

While selecting opening of search results page you need to select “Open results within my own site” and specify the URL like:

“http://www.yousite.com/search/”

Exclude inverted commas in URL above and replace “yoursite.com” with the domain name your site. This /search/ would be the page where we will display the search results within our blog.

STEP 5

In this step you need to Specify where you want the AdSense ads to be placed in relation to search results. Your options are top and right, top and bottom and right. Well you can see that I have chosen AdSense ads to be appearing on Top and bottom of search results. Well if you wish you can manage these setting later on  through Google AdSense > AdSense Setup > Manage ads.

STEP 6

Now save your search Engine. Check the term and condition box (well if you agree). Name your search engine in the given box something like YOUR SITE SEARCH ENGINE and then hit the SUBMIT button.

You will get two boxes with codes. One is search box code. Paste this code in the page where you’d like your search box to appear. If you want it to appear in sidebar then follow this, WordPress Admin>Appearance>Widgets> select Text widget and then paste the code.

STEP 7

Now you need to paste the code given at the second box. For this you need to create a new page in your WordPress blog with the name “search”. This should exactly be the same as we typed while specifying the URL in step 4. For creating a new page go to WordPress Admin>pages> Add New. You can uncheck allow comments and allow pings boxes given below under “Discussion” option of your new page.

Select HTML window of your WordPress editor, paste the code and PULISH this page and you are done. To test type some keywords in Google Custom Search Box and see how the search results are appearing on your blog.

Now some of you may raise your eyebrows as I ask you to create a page with name “search” and publish it the step 7 above but you can’t see such a page on my page list in header, Is this going on in your mind right now? Well if you search google you will find enough information on how you can hide OR exclude some pages to appear in your site page list. If you wish you can use a WordPress Plugin for this purpose, Exclude Pages is a WordPress Plugin which adds a checkbox, “include this page in menus”, which is checked by default. If you uncheck it, the page will not appear in any listings of pages.
